Prelude is made from the finest selection of the terroirs at Chateau Khoury estate from 1300 m above sea level.
Please let it rest for at least 20 min at room temperature once opened.
Enjoy with a nice piece of steak of red meat.

Grape Variety : A Blend of Syrah 40%,, Merlot 30%, Cabernet Franc 20% and Cabernet Sauvignon 10%.

Tasting notes :
Château Khoury Prélude 2020 is a vibrant Bekaa Valley blend (Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon) The wine opens with ripe black cherry, plum, and cassis, layered with pepper, clove, and warm spice. On the palate it is dry, medium to full bodied, and mouth-filling, with lively acidity balancing juicy dark fruit and rounded tannins. The Syrah lends a peppery edge, while the Merlot and Cabernets add structure and depth, creating a smooth yet spicy profile. With its lingering finish of fruit and spice, it’s expressive now but has the backbone to evolve gracefully for up to a decade.
