This varietal is capricious in our climate, and is generally made into a sweet late harvest wines (when the summers are milder). In cases of hot summers, the varietal is vinified as a dry wine like this one.

Tasting Notes: This wine is clear, pale, brilliant with subtle green glints on the edges. The nose is subtle, light, with hints of honey and white peach. After aeration, hints of lime and white flowers are to be found. The mouth-feel is sparkling, fresh and sound. Citrus is very typical with easy slope and long length and finishes with honey and fresh
