Chateau Khoury | Reve blanc 2020

Being originally from the Alsace region of France, the Khoury family wanted to make a wine from a blend of different grape varieties traditionally used in the Alsace white wine industry. This dream was made to accompany famous traditional dishes like quiche and sauerkraut.

Tasting Notes: This wine has a brilliant, pale yellow colour with white gold glints. The first nose is subtle and open. Light hints of citrus fruits and pineapple. The second nose is sounder with hints of honey. The mouth feel is very fresh, sound, almost biting, and its youth is obvious. The hints of mango. The mid-palate is rich, round, and the final is long on hints of mandarin and lemongrass. This wine leaves a beautiful imprint and indicate a good aptitude to ageing.
